All our properties are monitored on a weekly basis to minimise maintenance problems - in fact, we collect our rentals on a weekly or monthly basis to ensure there is always a regular contact with our tenants.

Our office is open from 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, and is fully supported with a 24 hour emergency call-out service, operated by our own staff.  In most cases maintenance issues are resolved with within 24 hours.
